Our Story

Meet Gerald…
After several fast-paced years in Brussels, Gerald returned home to Malta, eager to reconnect with the island’s sun-soaked landscapes and vibrant Mediterranean lifestyle. Driven by a love for the outdoors and a passion for healthy, flavourful food, he immersed himself in cooking with the freshest local ingredients-transforming farmers’ market finds into creative, nourishing dishes.
When winter’s bounty left his garden citrus trees heavy with fruit, Gerald’s commitment to sustainability inspired him to turn abundance into opportunity. He began crafting preserves that capture the essence of Malta’s seasons, earning Gold and Silver at The World’s Original Marmalade Awards for his inventive Gin & Tonic and Seville Orange & Lemon marmalades.
With a passion for sustainability, designing and implementing energy and environmental policies for global corporations, a River Cottage-trained cook and as a certified mental fitness coach at delve.mt, Gerald thrives on helping others discover their best selves.
Today, he’s living his dream: blending family, flavour, and purpose, while inspiring others to live healthier, more vibrant lives.
